Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY – USD$5 / FREE for orders over USD$60

The estimated delivery time is between 3-5 working days for major cities and 5-7 working days for all other areas.

  • Tracking information will be available.
  • A signature is required for delivery.
  • Fragrance, alcohol and aerosols are allowed.
  • All orders above ¥10,000 will be subject to non-refundable import duties and taxes by Japan Customs

Taxes and Duties

Since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, we can’t tell you what the cost will be. You may be charged customs or import duties once your order reaches its destination country according to the laws applicable in your country. In the event that your order is charged taxes or other additional charges, you are responsible for all expense occurred, which is not refundable.

Cancellations

Our team does its best to pack your order as soon as the order is placed. Therefore there is only a limited time that we can cancel or amend your order. 

Please contact our Customer Service and we will do our best to cancel your order. But please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been placed.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item you received, please contact our Customer Service within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Please note that returns can only be made once authorized by our Customer Services.

Also, fragrances and home scents can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

We are happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item returned. However, please note that the items must be undamaged (please pack carefully), unopened, and unused and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

We also recommend sending via registered mail so the package can be tracked.

We will gladly refund postage costs if the item is defective or is sent by our mistake. Please note that we can’t refund shipping charges to a credit card. Shipping charges will be refunded by a credit off your next purchase or via Paypal.

For DHL Express and Aramex Express orders, we will exclude the delivery costs to return any items if there is a delivery failure caused by inaccurate handlings such as wrong address and failure to contact the recipient on the delivery date.
